Civil Plant Operator - Immediate Start

We are seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators for an upcoming Screening Campaign at a remote mine site in Western Queensland. These FIFO roles can offer the potential for ongoing work for the right candidates. We value safety, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. 

Project Duration: 3 months, with the potential of ongoing work subject to successful outcomes.

Roles Available: 
Civil Plant Operators – Excavator, Dozer, Front End Loader, ADT Haul/Moxy

What We’re Looking For:
Experienced civil operator working within mining operational environments. Previous history working within RoM and rock screening desirable.  A strong safety focus is essential.  We are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment. All team members are expected to follow site induction policies and procedures at all time. 

Front End Loader Operator 
Experience operating a front end loader in a quarry environment is highly regarded, particularly quarry sales loading in a high volume operation.  Applicants should demonstrate smooth operating techniques, care for machinery, and the ability to consistently maintain a level working floor.

ADT Haul Truck/ Water Cart Operator 
Operators with experience on both ADT haul trucks and water carts are preferred.  Applicants must be willing to operate both as required across different crews. Flexibility, reliability, and a strong focus on safe operations are essential. 

​Excavator Operator
High-production excavation experience is required and must be willing to carry out other site tasks as required.  

​Requirements

• Relevant RII licenses & tickets for plant operation
• Current First Aid & CPR certification (required)
• Mine site medical or has the ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screening
  Unwavering commitment to safety, compliance, and teamwork
• Mine site experience preferred
• Strong safety focus and reliable work ethic
• Positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships with team
